2024 was the year I took my personal transformation journey to the next level—only to discover there are infinite levels yet to explore.

2024 was the year I began manifesting beautiful, unexplainable synchronicities in my life, giving me tangible proof that I can create the life of my dreams through the power of my thoughts and emotions.

2024 was the year I lost more “friends” than ever before… and felt not a single tinge of regret.

2024 was the year I made new “soul friends”—the kind of friends with whom a five-minute conversation easily unfolds into a five-hour marathon.

This was the year I redefined abundance: not by the size of my bank balance, but by the amount of love, health, and happiness in my life, and the people with whom I can share it.

This was the year I made a conscious decision that no matter how often I forget, I will always remind myself to come back to the present moment with love and gratitude.

This was the year I started meditating before 4 AM every day.

This was the year I caught a fleeting glimpse of the Divine… and, oh, was it DIVINE!

This was the year I began walking the long, hard, bumpy path of truly forgiving and loving myself.

This was the year I realized that the heart is not just a blood pump but the seat of our consciousness.

This was the year I created a Coherence Healing Group without any plan or expectation, and am amazed and humbled every week by ordinary human beings’ capacity to unselfishly love a complete stranger into health and happiness.

This was the year I experienced feminine energy in a whole new light—so powerful, loving, terrifying, beautiful, and exhilarating.

This was the year I began exploring my masculine energy and caught a glimpse of the unlimited, untapped potential lying dormant within me.

This was the year I felt the totally unexpected love and generosity of complete strangers—people who made me believe in myself more than I ever could on my own.

Yes, 2024 was all that and much more… and I’m eagerly looking forward to what 2025 will bring!
