Hello, MuniMinded family! Today, I want to share with you the deeply personal and transformative journey that led to the birth of MuniMinded – a journey from a high-paced career in management consulting to the serene paths of mindfulness and spiritual awakening.

The Crossroads of Life

My professional life, spanning over two decades, was entrenched in the analytical and demanding world of management consulting. On paper, my career as a Senior Director in a healthcare company spelled success, but internally, a sense of purpose was conspicuously absent.

In 2022, the universe seemed to conspire to shake me out of my routine existence. The end of a long-term relationship left me emotionally shattered, and not long after, I lost my job. At this crossroads, lost and seeking, I did what anyone else in my position would do - I started to search for another job. But it seems that I was not meant to re-live my past life, but instead create a completely new one! It began when, quite by accident, I stumbled upon a book with a seemingly innocuous name - “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle.

A New Chapter Begins

This book wasn’t just an interesting read; it was the beginning of a whole new chapter! It opened my eyes to an entirely new reality that - although intellectually I didn’t know existed, intuitively I had felt it at every moment of my life, just beyond the veil! I embarked on a journey of self-discovery in 2023, exploring the realms of inner growth and consciousness. As I delved deeper, I discovered voices like Deepak Chopra, Sadhguru and others, but it was Joe Dispenza’s blend of science and spirituality that truly resonated with my analytical mind. His methods and meditations became my daily sanctuary.

A Pivotal Experience

In November 2023, I found myself at a Joe Dispenza week-long advanced retreat in Orlando, a decision that was as spontaneous as it was pivotal. The retreat was transformative, filled with many enlightening experiences, but one realization stood out: my life’s purpose was to serve humanity, to contribute to our collective journey towards higher consciousness. I just had to figure out how…

In that moment of clarity, the seeds of MuniMinded were sown. I envisioned a brand that could intertwine spirituality with everyday life, offering products that not only serve as tools for meditation and self-growth but also symbolize a commitment to a higher purpose.
